Professors' Council Affairs Unit
This unit handles the secretariat of the Professors’ Council and is responsible for following up on the implementation of the council’s decisions and recommendations, as well as maintaining a permanent record of meeting proceedings.
Computing and Magnetic Card Unit
This unit is responsible for computing tasks, preparing electronic presentations for the Professors’ Council meetings and committee meetings. It also handles the issuance of magnetic cards for students, faculty members, and staff at the university.
Statistics and Information Unit
This unit provides information on statistics and data related to students, faculty members, and graduates.
Administrative and Financial Affairs Unit
Responsible for managing the administrative and financial affairs of the secretariat, ensuring smooth operations, and providing the appropriate environment for the work of the Secretary of Academic Affairs.
Extension and Distance Education Unit
- Handles all matters related to undergraduate students admitted under the extension and distance education system, including monitoring registration procedures.
- Maintains regular records of students enrolled at the university at the beginning of each semester.
- Reviews student results at the end of each semester and ensures compliance with the academic regulations for distance education undergraduate studies, amended in 2013.
