Academic Degrees
The faculty awards a Bachelor of Science (Honors) degree in Animal Production in the relevant specialization over ten semesters. It also offers a Technical Diploma in Animal Production and Poultry Production over six semesters and a Master of Science degree in Animal Production in various specializations.
Bachelor of Science (Honors) in Animal Production Curriculum
The program aims to equip students with scientific and practical knowledge and provide them with the necessary professional skills in the field of animal production. The faculty has developed and updated its curriculum, which was approved by the Academic Council in its 197th meeting on March 17, 2013. Students study university and faculty requirements together for six semesters, after which they are assigned to specific specializations for the seventh, eighth, ninth, and tenth semesters in the following fields: Dairy Production and Technology, Meat Production and Technology, Fish Production and Technology, Wild Animal Production, Animal Nutrition, Animal Genetics and Breeding, and Poultry Production.
