Academic Degrees
The faculty awards a Bachelor of Science (General) degree in eight semesters and a Bachelor of Science (Honors) degree in ten semesters in the following specializations:
- Accounting and Finance, with two concentrations:
- Accounting
- Finance
- Business Administration
- Economics
- Rural Development
- Applied Statistics and Demography
- Political Science and International Relations, with two concentrations:
- Political Science
- International Relations
The faculty also awards Postgraduate Diplomas, Master’s degrees (by coursework and complementary research), and Doctorates in the above specializations.
Additionally, the faculty offers a Technical Diploma in the following fields:

Bachelor’s Curriculum in Economics and Rural Development
The Faculty of Economics and Rural Development has developed and updated its curriculum to allow direct admission into a specific specialization. Students will study together university requirements, faculty requirements, and common courses among the following specializations:
- Economics
- Rural Development
- Accounting and Finance, with two concentrations:
- Accounting
- Finance
- Business Administration
- Applied Statistics and Demography
- Political Science and International Relations, with two concentrations:
- Political Science
- International Relations
Degree Structure:
- Bachelor of Science (General): Awarded to students who complete eight semesters successfully with a cumulative GPA of 2.00 or higher by the end of the eighth semester.
- Bachelor of Science (Honors): Awarded to students who complete ten semesters in their specialization, provided they achieve a cumulative GPA of 3.00 or higher after completing the Bachelor of Science (General) program and wish to continue studying for the ninth and tenth semesters.
